• Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
• If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

• Payment options will be listed at checkout and may include EFT, card payments, or secure third-party payment gateways.
• FaithfulENG does not store or process your card information—this is handled securely by our payment partners.
• All prices include VAT where applicable.

1. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery times depend on your location but are generally between 2–7 working days.
• Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier, strikes, weather, or external factors are outside our control.
• If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, you will be responsible for the additional courier charge to resend it.

1. Product Quality

• We take care to ensure our books and merchandise are accurately represented on the website.
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Small variations in print quality or manufacturing may occur, especially with merchandise, as part of normal production.

1. Liability

• FaithfulENG is not liable for:
  – Courier delays or losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the buyer
  – Damage caused after delivery
  – Misuse or incorrect handling of any product
• All commentary, teaching, and interpretations in our books are the author’s own research and opinions. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice.

1. Returns & Refunds

FaithfulENG has a clear, fair Returns Policy:

Books (Printed & Digital)

• Digital products (PDFs, downloads, e-books) cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
• Printed books may only be returned if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Merchandise

• Clothing, mugs, accessories, and similar items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if:
  – They are unused
  – In original condition
  – In original packaging
• Return courier fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos:

• Replacement courier costs will be covered by us.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
